|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SOL Live #1 | elliott_swing_sol_v2 | Long | $94.14 | $94.27 | +$0.15 (+0.14%) |
A SOL long opened yesterday at 6 PM got closed this morning at 9 AM. Profit: $0.15. Fifteen cents.
Here’s the thing though — SOL dropped from $94 to $89 today. Getting out at $94.27 before the crash was actually great timing. Thirty more minutes and that position would’ve been underwater by $20+.
Open Positions
None. The live bots stayed out entirely. Yesterday’s FGI correction patch seems to be working — with fear levels elevated, the regime shifted to RANGING, tightening entry conditions. In a crash day, not entering is the best trade you can make.

Demo bots got destroyed. The ETH funding_arb opened two shorts but timed them terribly — entering at $2,315, watching ETH spike to $2,699 before getting stopped out at -$192. Ironically, the direction was right (ETH ended at $2,184), but the entry was catastrophic.
The RSI momentum bots on SOL kept buying into a downtrend — four consecutive losses. Meanwhile, sol_04’s trend_momentum was the lone survivor, closing a multi-day long from 3/16 for +$9.
💡 Today’s Highlights
The ETH Funding Arb Tragedy
eth_03 ran funding_arb_eth_v1 twice today and lost $192. Yesterday’s diagnostic flagged this exact problem: “funding_arb ETH: 30 trades, all shorts, -$103 total.” One day later, the demo version added another $192 in losses. The consistency is almost impressive.
Yesterday’s P0 Patch — First Day Results
We deployed two critical fixes yesterday: FGI correction (fear index ≤20 forces RANGING regime) and filter chain simplification. Day one results:
- Live bots avoided entering during the crash — the FGI correction shifted the regime to RANGING, making entry conditions stricter
- Demo bots (possibly running without the patch) traded aggressively and got punished
Market Analysis
BTC at $71K, ETH at $2.1K, SOL at $89. Classic fear day. The best strategy on days like this is to sit out, and that’s exactly what our live bots did. Earned 15 cents, avoided $230 in potential demo-equivalent losses.

Making 15 cents in a crash sounds laughable. But when your demo bots lost $230 on the same day, not losing is its own kind of winning. 🛡️
